Once you sign up for The Daily, we will reach out to you with a few questions. We want to know your goals and what you have done in the past so your coach can create a plan best for you. New clients begin on the 1st of every month.
Your Daily coach is hand-selected for you based on her experience and your needs. Upon meeting, she will schedule a call with you and start designing your workout and nutrition program.
Each day your coach will send you a morning text to kickstart your day. You will have 24/7 access to your coach via text to support you with all things nutrition, workouts and mindset!

Each month we host challenges for all Daily clients, some movement and some nutrition. With these challenges, you will always have something to work towards and stay motivated!
We host races and other fun events throughout the year. As a Daily client, you'll have fun, perform well, and meet some amazing people at our in-person events.
