HEY THERE, new friend.
I remember packing a jar of low-fat peanut butter and a head of lettuce for lunch one day in high school, thinking that would make me thin.
I can recall teaching 20+ spin classes a week, glamorizing my calorie burn and praying that all that cardio would show up on my physique. I can easily think back to the hundreds of times, I would get dressed and feel so discouraged that something didn't fit quite right, that my legs were too big or that my stomach wasn't flat enough.
The question ran through my head countless times, do I have to be miserable to be thin?
After I had two children, one late-term loss, fertility issues, and a negative body image, I became determined to find a way to be happy and healthy, both mentally and physically.
And now I'm here to help you do the same.
The answer became clear: Heck NO!
